Worm Habitat Junior
The Worm Habitat Junior is a smaller version of the Worm Habitat. The 140ltr capacity is great for couples and people with smaller amounts of organic waste. It works on exactly the same 'never-fill' principle as the Worm Habitat, and castings and liquid can be collected from the base.
There is a raised false floor separating the castings from the ventilated liquid collection chamber. The overflow system at the back helps drain liquid before it reaches the base of the false floor. The tap is situated perfectly for dispensing nutrient rich fertilizer and the porthole screws off for access to the castings. The vents provide good ventilation while keeping pests out.
The comprehensive manual provides information about setting up and continuing on, the worms we supply, why everyone should be sustainably dealing with their organic waste and more. The system also comes with a bedding block, which needs to be re-hydrated before use.
